Terms & Conditions


Arriving

On arrival you will be met and shown round your apartment.


Check in/out

Check in from 2pm
Check out before 11am

Earlier/later check in/out can be requested subject to availability.


Payment

Upon reservation we will take credit/debit card details as confirmation of your stay, the card must be valid for the duration of your reservation. Payment will be taken prior to your stay and for extended stays will be taken weekly.


Cancellation Policy

All bookings must be cancelled 48hrs prior to the 2pm check in time otherwise a one-night charge will be levied to your card.

Cleaning

The apartments will be made available to the guest in good order and Bluetree Apartments expects the apartment to be left in the same good order on departure. If any additional cleaning is required, other than that of normal housekeeping duties, then the cost of the cleaning will be an additional charge.


Damages

The guest is responsible for taking all reasonable care of the apartment and it’s content above the normal wear and tear, the guest will be responsible for making good any damage to the apartment or it’s content which has occurred due to the negligence, wilful damage or irresponsible behaviour. This may include an out of service cost for the apartment at the current listed rate. An inventory and full check of each apartment will be conducted before and immediately after the guests departure. Bluetree Apartments will charge a guest for any item/utensil/towels missing as well as any damage caused.


Keys

Each guest will be issued with a set of keys and additional keys will be available on request however if all keys are not returned on departure then a charge of £100 + VAT will be made to the guest.

If between the hours of 8pm – 8am a guest locks themselves out and requires assistance to gain access to the apartment, Bluetree Apartments reserves the right to charge £50 call out fee in addition to the charge for lost keys.


Call Outs

If the emergency call out number is used to call for assistance between 8pm – 8 am for any other purpose than an actual emergency then Bluetree Apartments reserve the right to charge the guest £50 call out fee.


Internet

Guests using Internet access do so within the bounds of UK law and a reasonable use policy is requested. Bluetree Apartments cannot guarantee the operation of the Internet system and cannot be held liable if the system goes down.


Liability

Bluetree Apartments will not take responsibility for

Theft or damage to personal belongings in apartments, any car park areas or any common areas during your stay.
for any complaint submitted after the guest has left the apartment


Restrictions

Pets – Bluetree Apartments regret strictly no pets allowed except guide dogs. If a guest is found to have had a pet in the apartment then a cost of £150 will be charged for a deep clean.


Smoking

Strictly no smoking in apartments and all internal/external communal areas. If a guest is found to have been smoking then a cost of £150 will be charged for a deep clean.


Parking permit

if available during stay must be returned on departure or a cost £150.00 will be charged.


Termination

This agreement will be terminated immediately and without notice in the event of the guest non performance of his/her obligations or unsuitable conduct causing disturbance to other residents or neighbouring apartments/buildings. The resident shall leave immediately on request.
